I just love these pictures--what a lovely mother and what beautiful tiny kittens. How old were Rosie and Minnie when you took these photos? I've had my tortie since she was three weeks old (she's now 16) and Rosie and Minnie look a lot younger than that. Thank you so much for sharing--I also had no idea they were your first foster kittens, or, as I've been told, foster failures :).

Just curious, you see so many kittens: When can you tell what direction their personalities will be taking (shy like Frannie or outgoing like Rosie)? Are they always that way even as kittens? If you had a kitten class reunion, who would you voted as most changed?

Who knew that those itty bitty babies would grow up to be such loving, caring cats who open their hearts and arms to so many lost little ones. It just reminds me of the amazing possibilities of the universe.
